When I first recieved this plate carrier, I was impressive from the beginning. The plate carrier is made of a high quality fabric which doesn't have alot of flex to it. The intergral magazine pouches are a nice alternative to external magazine pouches. The pouches aren't all one universal size. The pouches on the right side are larger which can fit two M4 sized magazines (G36, Sig 550 Series, etc.) or one larger 7.62mm sized magazine (in my case it was my G3's magazines). The pouches on the left are capable of holding 2-3 MP5 magazines, but could probably hold a M4 magazine or two. The pouches on the right have a stretchable cord that holds the magazines down while the ones on the left are velcro flaps. There's plenty of space to mount other MOLLE stuff or ALICE stuff, whichever way you prefer. I still haven't full adjusted it properly, but what I have works for now. Condor gives you really long shoulder straps which had to be quadruple folded under an elastic band to not be flopping all over the place. There isn't alot of play when you run, everything sticks to you like a second skin if you adjust it properly. My only complaint is I can't get the shoulders adjusted the way I want them. Overall, a fabulous buy for $60. If you want a plate carrier but don't have alot to spend, this is the best thing for your money in my opinion.
Plenty of MOLLE space
Intergral Mag Pouches
Mag pouches fit a variety of different magazines
For some players who carry alot of magazines (I carry only 4) you may need to buy additional mag pouches, depending on what kind of gun you have, or the style of magazines you use (I use stubby mags in my M4, others use 30 round mags)
Shoulders are kind of difficult to adjust
