Product Information:
White plastic, it is pretty thick looking. Metal teeth are also thick and pretty hard. It took a lot longer to dremel the teeth for engagement for high rate of fire short - teething. Really nothing huge to say as this is considered one of the strongest polycarbonate pistons out there. I needed this because I broke the lip of a Guarder polycarbonate piston in my 35+ rps setup with 350 fps. Just need something durable for the high rof abuse. It's also pretty light considering what it can do. It is not light enough to prevent pre-engagement in high rof guns, for that you much take a tooth out.

Pros:
Metal and plastic are very very hard. They would not respond to the dremel. That's a good thing as I could eventually grind away, but I don't want that happening during play. It can handle heavy play. You may even consider using your stock gears with this since it's plastic (mostly). Although it's recommend to upgrade gears once the strain and load on the spring gets high enough. My spring is not that strong and therefore stock gears are alright for a while. If the engagement is correct then there should be little problem for a while.

Cons:
It is NOT swiss cheesable. This introduces TOO much flex from the design and it breaks not only the weakspots in the metal teeth, but also the ridge that holds the metal teeth. That ridge for some reason is very thin, and because of the hardness of this plastic it is pretty brittle. This problem is also compounded by the fact that the metal teeth do not like to be ground down. If you grind them down too much you WILL break something in a high rate of fire setup.

I broke 3 of these because I decided to swiss cheese it before I found out what the problem was. The next one I bought I did not swiss cheese and I CAREFULLY ground down the final tooth ONLY ENOUGH to miss engagement! Now it fires perfectly! This is not really a con, but a warning, because it's not the piston's fault, but my own.
