Since this is a Classic Army item I had no apprehension buying 3 of them all at 1 time. This turned out to be a disappointment, though, because all 3 of them had issues. I would normally chalk this up to the occasional factory defect, but 3 separately packaged magazines all with issues?
The first two had the same problem. They initially had a good fit on my AK 47, at least until a huge chunk of the plastic lining the top of each of the magazines broke off. This happened within the first week of me buying them. When they broke I had not dropped them on the ground at all so I'm sure it's not because of abuse on my part. They still feed okay but they wobble very noticeably now.
The last one had a loose pin that wouldn't stay in place. This was easily fixable with some heavy duty tape but an inconvenience nonetheless.
I understand that this is to be expected on hi-caps, but it is impossible to get the magazines to empty completely without flipping your AEG upside-down.
One redeeming thing about this magazine is that it does look good. When they get to the point when they are old and scratched-up you will not mind at all.
Looks good for a traditional AK-47 magazine
Does not empty BBs completely
Expensive considering the quality
