Product Information:
The Apex Tactics is a solid gun out of the box. Advertised at 400-410fps but actually came in at 380 fps over the average of 10 shots. It has a solid metal body with great finish, and the crane stock seems less bulky than others. It comes with a grip and a really good feel. Nice free float hand guard and again the finish is great. Iron sights are a good metal flip up sight, but th eonly issue is when changing the sight window on the rear sight from a "cqb" peep window to a more "accurate" peep window the sight will not fold all the way down and hits the rail.

Pros:
1. Accurate out of the box with the tight bore barrel. Hitting torso targets out to 150-175 feet with .20g

2. Internals are set to run up to a m130 spring, and others have said these internals are "LIPO" ready

3. Crane stock is awesome, and again the finish on this guns is fantastic.

4. Safety selector has a very nice click when selecting fire modes, and does not move or wobble unlike other AEG guns in this price range.

5. Iron sights are good quality

6. Gun shoots good and hard for a 200 dollar, full metal M4 with a list of subtle upgrades that really add up.





Cons:
Lets start off by saying there was a few with this gun, but not a hard issue to fix.

1. Barrel was loose! I had to tighten it no big deal

2. Trade marks. The Apex trade marks are slightly obnoxious. The one labeled tactics are okay, but on a flip side your gun will have a unique serial number, and a cool CAL 6.00MM on it!

3. The worst thing about this gun is the charging handle!
1. its mock and does nothing, so do your self a favor and don't try and pull it you will stretch the spring that keeps it in place.
2. A mock bolt is located within the upper that is nothing but a piece of tin foil essentially, and mine was jammed inside the upper receiver.
3. The dust cover is also not manipulated by the charging handle while some AEG's do have this feature this one has the hop up exposed all the time unless the dust cover is closed.
