Product Information:
I had been waiting for this gun since October and glad to see that it has finally released in the States.

While looking at it, it's obvious that it is based on the HK416 models, but ICS changed it up a bit to make it more original and to avoid any type of legal issue with other manufacturers.

I took this AEG to a large event recently, and other than some conditions that could not be helped (weather, environmental situations, etc), this weapon performed more than admirably.

Pros:
The swappable upper gearbox makes for super ease of use. I have several uppers with varying spring tensions. It comes with an M120 already installed, and those who currently own ICS M4 series AEGs will find that they ARE interchangeable, even the older 2003-2005 versions like the one I have.

The ICS Turbo 3000 comes pre-installed and is an awesome high torque/high speed motor. This motor rips. No problems pulling its weight at all.

The body is very sturdy and barely noticeable if any rattle at all other than my lipo battery in the crane stock.

The hand grip is VERY comfortable and cushioned for prolonged games and ergonomically fits your hand to make the gun more bearable to wield.

The RIS has a lot or real estate to use. I managed a PEQ-15 laser, rail mounted flashlight and an EOTech 553 along with the grippod and still had plenty of room to spare.

Cons:
I think I only have two cons regarding this gun, maybe three.

If you have ever held an M4 with S-System RIS/RAS, you know that is is VERY front heavy. This AEG is no different. The grip pod does help in this regard but in order to reap the benefits, you would have to remain stationary. I'm sure that most players are not in this regard.

The second con I would state is the GripPod itself. It is very big. I understand that is holding the bipod legs inside, but I feel that it could have been made to be a little smaller for easier portablility.

The third con, which really isn't much of a con per se, it's more of a pet peeve of mine. Break in time. A couple of solid hours of consistent use to really get this thing screaming and then it throws bbs like projectile vomit. My past gun experiences have been straight from the box to the field then on to victory. While 'victory' was achieved, it took a little longer to do so.
