First of all, i would like to say that this gun is AMAZING. 5 out of 5
It feels soo SOLID, like a rock, and outperformed all of my other guns on the battle field. its just amazing to hold. the gun has a gas tube running through the inside of the upper portion of the RIS system, which gives it NO wobble.
I coupled this with a 9.6v nunchuck battery and the rate of fire is very fast and perfect.
the charging handle is loud, rugged, and crisp and the blowback functions perfectly, and even gives the gun alittle kick!:o
i fell in love with the functional bolt catch the first day i got it. i must've used it over 100 times. and then IT BROKE and i was sad:( but its whatever. the only bad thing other than that is that the magwell is 'wobbley bla bla" get out!
The gun is full metal. and i MEAN FULL metal. literally, the only plastic parts are the stock, grip, and flash hider. EVERYTHING ELSE is solid metal. the buttstock is very high quality with its rubber buttpad, and it looks MEANN; as is the textured grip which is VERY solid and unexpectedly well textured.
next, ill just talk about some other stuff i liked about it. its internals are beastly. has low resistance wiring, metal bushings, chrome cylinder head, reenforced steel gears, polycarbonate piston (which pulls back the blow back mechanism), STEEL inner barrel which couples very well to the guns hop up which functions greatly, the ris is beastly and actually looks better (in my opinion) because it houses your battery and pulls off that Sleek legit look, the selector switch is very crisp, its pretty accurate from a distance.
I went on a skirmish with it last weekend and it Tanked Everybody. it was ohh so comfortable to maneuver and the scary sounding blow back intimidated the enemy. i got in a firefight with my friend who had a g36c, and i shot him straight in his face. 2 bbs hit his goggles (wear eye protection kids) and one pelted him right in the forehead. it looked like he got attacked by a super mosquito. ive never seen a welt that swollen. haha. but that just gives you an idea of its accuracy and power. it is certainly a force to be reckoned with.
something else i liked was that ALL the screws on this thing are Phillips head type (you know, the screwdriver that looks like a + tip?), rather than a hex screw. im talking all the screws on the bearbox, the mag release, even the screws in the buttstock! but the only thing that was a hex screw was THE ONE INSIDE THE FREAKING BUFFER TUBE. why javelin..? haha its randomly there and its hard to get out, sooo dont strip it!
also, another heads up, the threading for the outer barrel is CLOCKWISE 14mm, not counter clockwise, so make sure if youre buying a scilencer, to get clockwise threaded.
And if you must know about the mag, it feels like it has a higher winding capacity, likee you can just wind it up a SUPER lot, one time, and get all the bbs out. but personally, i prefer midcaps.
I bought this gun when it was $170, and now its $150 which is a freaking STEEEAAAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!!! this is well worth over 200, and all i have to say is BUY IT.
i mean, what would you rather have? a jg "enhanced" plastic gun with no blowback? or this for $10 more? my friends, i think we all know the answer.
