This thing is the bomb! Great transitions from right to left with ease. The quick detach is easy with just a squeeze. I didn't find it to rub my neck like other reviewers have had. Over all a very nice 2 point sling to have!

Pros:
Easy Transitions
Quick detach
easy to maneuver with
very solid build

Cons:
Maybe the price is alittle much but well worth it.

Overall, this is a great sling, but has its faults. So let's begin: It is composed of a durable cordura material that will last you a while. It uses metal MASH hooks to transition from one-point to two-point. The concept is smooth, and makes life easier when you don't want your gun dangling around. However, the sling hook thingy it comes with is not good. It loosened up over time and it eventually fell off my gun WHILE it was on me, leading to a barrel full of dirt. The fabric is durable, but rough, it digs into your skin and can get uncomfortable. And the MAJOR flaw: The quick disconnect is a nice thing, but unlike most slings where the wrap around portion disconnects from a small piece, the entire sling disconnects from your body, so you have the sling dangling from your gun. Overall I give it a 4/5 for durability and concept, but its flaws frustrate me.

Pros:
-Durable
-Capable of transitioning from 1 point to 2 point
-comes with sling mount
-MASH hooks are great

Cons:
-A bit pricey
-Cordura digs into your neck
-QD releases the whole sling, not just the small piece connected to your gun
-sling mount is crud

Product Information:
This sling is great in theory and average in practical use. At least for me and my wep: KWA Full Metal M4 Commando. The sling works great until you realize how badly the large metal hooks damage the body of the gun and they're bit noisy. The sling is a tad thin and digs into skin rather easily. My wep weighs over 6 pounds so this may not be an extreme issue with a lighter weapon. Overall there are better slings out there for around the same amount if not less. I switched this out for a BDS Tactical sling which works roughly the same way (1pt to 2pt sling) but the straps are thicker and more comfortable and the metal clasps can be purchased with a protective covering to help prevent metal to metal contact/damage.

Pros:
The 1pt to 2pt transition is a great idea.
The hooks are strong and confidently hold your weapon.
Easy to transition from strong hand to weak hand in 1pt sling.

Cons:
The straps are thin and feel slightly cheap considering the price.
The large metal clasps are noisy and damaged the hell out of the body of my gun.
I'm 6 foot 1 and this strap was a bit small for me, especially holding a 6.3 pound gun.
Straps dig into skin and are rather uncomfortable.

Great sling! I haven't had a single problem with this thing. other than the pros and cons of any other sling with these style mounts this thing is perfect. It might cost a bit more than some of the really cheap ones but you will NOT be disappointed. It quickly changes between 1 point and 2 point. I have it set up on an MP5 with collapsible stock. I feel like it was designed just for me!

Pros:
Great material
worth the money
can work as a 1 or 2 point sling
the quick detach rings work very well and are strong
this sling will last forever
the quick detach rings are more sturdy than the quick release pin style system

Cons:
you will want one for all your guns
its a bit more expensive than other slings
its a bit slower than the slings with the quick release pins
it doesn't make me coffee ;)

Product Information:
The only reason why you wouldn't buy this sling is because you already have something similar or you are very happy with your current weapon retention setup. Otherwise don't waste your time with other slings, this one is absolutely the champ. I've been through a tremendous number of slings; 1 point, 2 point, 3 point including some of the more gimmicky ones. The Mission Spec Irene Adaptive sling is by far the sturdiest, simplest and most useful sling I have tried. It's also one of the cheapest high end slings I've found. Even if you don't care about slinging your weapon behind your back to stow it (and that's awesome by the way) this sling is still perfect. Chances are, if you are reading this review it means you either don't have a sling yet or aren't happy with your weapon retention setup, so save yourself some time, add this to your cart, don't worry about slings ever again.

Pros:
-- Very sturdy and dependable. The material is high quality and I don't expect the hooks to ever get tired of holding my heavier weapons.
-- The stowing capability (watch the video!) is fantastic. I didn't really have a decent way to use my Echo 1 Task Force Black Mp5k as a sidearm because it is too damn heavy to use in a leg holster. This sling allows me to stow it tight against my body where it wont flop around yet I can still access it on a moment's notice.
-- Easy to use - The hooks will give you a 'wtf' moment the first time you see them but 5 minutes later you will wish every other sling hook was the same way. If you want it even easier get a QD sling adapter and bask in your own ease of awesomeness.

Cons:
- The only con I'm going to mention, and its less of a con and more of a "be wary of..." is something that many other slings share and this one will suffer from a bit more because of the stowing nature. It rubs against your neck a bit (not to big a deal). This is exacerbated when sliding the sling around your body to stow your weapon. The probably only affects people like myself who roll light with very little to no padding or body armor, so my neck is nice and exposed for the material the sling is made of to rub against. This is in noway a dig on the sling since all the other slings I've used had similar issues and didnt have the awesome stowing ability, so I never tried to slide them around my back. Just a heads up.
