This is a great metal body. it comes with the body pins, forward assist, trigger guard pins, Ultimate hop up unit, and all of the little pins and springs you will need. the logos are engraved in the body, and look amazing. If you are going to get this for building a custom gun, go right ahead. I will warn you though, if you are buying this just so your body can be metal, go ahead and buy an outer barrel, rail system, and front sight. its better to get it all at once than switch it out, because this body took me over an hour to do. i had to end up filing the front teeth where the outer barrel goes because mine would not for the life of it fit. also, if your gun has a fake gas tube, this body will work with it. just remember to line up the delta ring when doing so. one more thing, this body does not like to fit all of the little spacers that go in-between the stock and the body. i tried using the one from my old m16 body, and it would not fit. ONE MORE THING, when installing the gearbox, THE WIRES WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE BUFFER TUBE, they have to go right under it. there is no room for the wires to fit, keep that in mind when buying an aftermarket stock when your gun is wired to the rear. now onto magazine compatibility. i currently have a few misc. hi-caps and king arms mid caps. all of my mags feed in the body with no problem. the king arms mid caps (plastic) fit very snugly into the magwell, but still manage to drop free when you hit the magazine release. the high caps i have are the g&g high cap, and one from an old tsd sportline m4. the mag is labeled as an SRC high cap. both high caps feed FLAWLESSLY. also, the mid caps feed FLAWLESSLY. i have not tested any other mags, but i plan on buying some magpul mags, as well as some MAG brand mags. i will write a second review when i have those mags for compatibility. i have no doubt that the will fit into, but no guarantee.
Extremely solid unit
accepts most other aftermarket externals
comes with most of the little things you need
ULTIMATE HOP UP INCLUDED! (great unit btw)
trademarks are not going to come off, unless you really scratch the dent the actual body.
king arms mid caps and high caps stated above feed and seat just fine.
tedious install, but if you know what your doing, it shouldn't be that bad.
on the rear of the upper receiver and two holes in it. two pins fit in here. this is what connects the rear of the two receivers and keeps them nice and sturdy. if you loose these pins, your gun has a rather big chance of "shotguning" in game, potentially causing great harm to your gun. DO NOT LOOSE THOSE PINS!!!!!~!!
