I'm very pleased that Airsoft GI is selling this set online because it's quite possibly the BEST piece of load bearing tactical gear I've ever used. I ordered this black set to go with my Operation Desert Storm Delta Force load out, and it looks sweet mixed with Desert Digital or A-TACS. Down to basics, the MOLLE covered body armor is so comfortable, but with me being only 5'7" and very thin, it's a bit loose even while fully tightened. Although this is minor, wearing at least a Medium sized BDU top is enough to cut down on the movement. The armor will fit 10x12 "plates" in the front and back, and I managed to fit 6x6 "plates" in the sides. They're just cardboard from the box it came in, but it helps give it some toughness. The straps have Velcro pads wrapped around them with rubber underneath to reduce slippage. On the front and back are Velcro MOLLE loops for your patches, name tapes, whatever. The removable Cummerbund is covered in MOLLE as well, and provides enough real estate for a good number of pouches. Should you dislike the Cummerbund, you can remove it by lifting the flap in the front, removing the 2 sides of the cummerbund, and pulling it out through the back panel. As for the pouches, you get 2 Dual M4/M16 mag pouches, Utility pouch, Dump pouch, and a Hydration Carrier w/ Bladder. This is definitely above adequate in terms of ammo capacity and versatility. I'm running an MP5A4 and the pouches hold up to 8 mags each (same with M4's). The utility pouch holds my dead rag, phone, keys, smokes, and defogger. And the Hydration Pack is a big help since Condor was kind enough to include the bladder. And even with a heavy load, this armor is still very breathable. The only 2 things that I can complain about are that the top front of the armor tends to push your throat in because its not curved to compensate for someone tilting their head downward. Secondly, too much weight on the armor tends to pull down enough on your neck that it can cut of some circulation.
No "unneeded" pouches. Everything on this are the essentials.
Pretty good price.
Accepts 10x12 and 6x6 plates (Front/Back and Sides respectively).
Light and breathable.
Padded shoulder straps (which are Quick Releasable).
Too much weight can cut of circulation.
Top of the front of the armor tends to hit your throat when you tilt your head down.
Some of the MOLLE is too small or out of place (not a big deal).
The above is only my problem because i load heavy equipment onto it and it won't deviate the score.
