Product Information:
Just getting back to airsoft so I thought this would be a good starter pack for me and my girl(yeah surprised me too). When they showed up I was surprised at how nice they both feel. The quality of the m4's are just great. The acuracy out of the box at 75 to 100 feet is nice(about a 12inch group with out me changing anything).
Now on to the bad points and I'll start with the javelin. The fps on this thing is just plain high not a really bad point lol, but thinking I might use it at the local cqb spot went out the window. The sheet from asgi said 415 and when I rechecked it it was a solid 405 to 415(says 350-380 on the box). The next is the high cap mag it just acts up no matter how much I try to use it but yet again not really a down side if you want new mags. The last is the plastic and yet again that is just a personal choice but fine for me. Gonna set this bad boy up for field play and it should work nice once I go through the internals a bit.
Now the g&g has a couple of stange things about it which yet again are really up the the user. This one did not come with a battery or charger but if you look up the price it is now surprise. The mag has a little wobble and that can be mac guyver'ed to work.
Pros:
Great for the price
Very good quality
The back sight on the g&g is really good
Both are the same platform so extra mags andparts are share-able
Just all around just a great deal for two m4's and bb's
Cons:
Only one battery(bad if your looking to use both guns the first day)
Javilin high cap(lemon?)
After opening them up need a little love before they are top notch but as a starter not bad
Mostly field guns really(especially the javelin) |
