Great add-on! I've heard alot of people complain about the price, but after spending $25 for a tiny little flash hider for my AK that did NOTHING, I wish I had just saved the money spent on my original purchase and bought this bad baby. I would suggest installing the unit before attempting to adjust it. Adjustment is easy... lift the L-shaped part of the retaining clip out of it's slot while backing off on the nozzle one or two full turns. That's all the adjustment that is allowed. If you try to unscreww the nozzle any further the retaining ring will not lock into it's slot. But that's all you'll need!

Pros:
Quality construction
Durable finish
Easy install
Licensed Product with cool logos
Does what it says it does

Cons:
It's big, (3 1/4" L X 1 1/4" Dia.), which I don't mind, but just thought you should be aware as this could be an issue for some.

All I can say is “HOLY CRAP”, this thing gets peoples attention.

I mounted this puppy on the tip of my M249.
I then adjusted the two inner baffles to their “full open” position.
Added BB’s and battery to the mix
And then…
Lets just say “all hell breaking loose” never sounded so good.

I own both of the SOCOM-Gear NOVESKE amplifiers, and they pale in comparison to the MadBull units.

Yes the MadBull units are twice the price as the SOCOM-Gear units, but the SOCOM-Gear units are NOT adjustable, not fully licensed, and they do not sound as good*. (*IMHO)

All-in-all this is a fantastic and simple modification for all airsofters’ out there.
The sound is pure evil.

Pros:
Adjustable
Build quailty
Fully licensed (s/n is a nice touch)
Gets peoples attention

Cons:
Price (you get what you pay for)
Gets peoples attention
