These magazines are excellent. I have 2 of them and they have never miss-fed or jammed since I bought them 4 months ago. I have put more than 1200 rounds through 2 of these magazines combined, and not a single hick-up from my STAR G36 or the magazines. If you have a STAR, this is your best mid-cap choice.

These are overall good mags. I sometimes had trouble with them jamming but just slap them around a little and they'll be fine. They hold slightly over 140 rounds. The mechnism that hold the mags together is a little weak but if they fall off you can just glue them back together. Aslo I have no trouble with my tightbore barrel in my G36C.

I have the CA36C, so it might work better with the STAR G36's, but there are some problems with it. The biggest problem with this mag is that it can't even hold 140 rounds. I can only fill mine up with about 120 rounds and even then, it doesn't feed correctly. After I take out 40 rounds, then it feeds fine, but now I only have 80 rounds to fire off. Another problem is that when I had a tightbore in my CA36C, this thing would always (and I mean always) jam my gun. After I took it out, it started to feed properly (but still only with 80 rounds). The last problem is that the mag itself has jammed once or twice. Two BB's sometimes try to go up at the same time, so all the other ones get stuck. Luckily they only get stuck near the top so I can unjam it in seconds.

So if you're tired of high caps, but don't want to dish out that much for a Marui mag, like me, then this is probably the best option. If you have tightbore though, and want to keep it, then stay away from this thing.

Fed poorly. Not transparent. I'd seriously recomend the G&P model. G&P works and looks far better.
