Product Information:
This light and I have a 2 year history together and it's in that time seen local night games, a few big indoor games, and Operation Lightning Strike III in Buffalo. All throughout, this light has been mounted on my M4s, for it has seen a few. So, I'm sure you can put this together by now, but I really like this light. The performance meets and exceeds expectations for the price point and, in my opinion, this is far and away the best value weapon light I've ever used or seen. I'd even say it keeps up with, in quality terms, with some pretty well regarded lights from Streamlight and FourSevens.

The aluminum and anodized finish have, in my experience, been very durable and high quality with good machining all around and no issues there. The included mount isn't QD and does require an (included!) allen key. The mount is secure though and mounts with a relatively unobtrusive profile. The included pressure switch did include velcro, but I instead used zip ties to mount it to the top of my RIS so I could access it from either side. This method works perfectly and I've had no issues with the pressure switch. It's sensitive when you want to turn the light on, but when mounted well it's out of the way and doesn't get hit on accident.

The lumen rating of this light is listed at 125, and it's got to be the best 125 lumens I've seen. There's a wide spill around the focal point of the light which is also decently wide and there are no halos or imperfections in the reflector or lens out of the box. The throw isn't crazy on this light as the head isn't very deep, so between that and the wide spill, clearly this was designed to be mostly a CQB oriented light. That said, it is serviceable for outdoor night games if you're not expecting precision illumination past 75-80 feet.

One point I want to hit especially hard with this light is battery life. Most value weapon lights I've seen have awful battery life and require at least one or two extra sets for prolonged night games. I have had no such issues with this light. Run time from the manufacturer is listed as 1 hour and ten minutes, but with good batteries I'd put that closer to an hour and a half before noticing any dimming and about 2 hours before its dim to the point of severely diminished performance.. That doesn't sound like much, but remember your light is only on for brief periods at once and for this lumen output, that's good battery life in the flashlight world at this price point. Lots of similarly priced lights with the same output struggle to reach one hour before seriously dimming.

So that's my gushing about this light. Basically, if you're not looking to break the bank on a good general use weapon light, I'd recommend looking at this one.

-Included mount and pressure switch are high quality and durable.
-Great machining and anodization on high quality aluminum.
-Lumen output and excellent light quality.
-Durable construction and long-lasting circuits.
-Battery life is great for the price point.
-Can be run as a standalone light with tail cap.
-Wide spill, good focal point, no halo effect.

-Throw is limited by design.
-Mount is not QD, but for the price point what can you expect?
