For: Condor Outdoor Ghillie Suit Set (Woodland, XL/XXL)Product Information:
So I received this suit today, 10/21/14 and as soon as I opened the box I noticed the fine and compact size that Condor Outdoor pushed this suit into. The suit comes in a bag much like the one you can get sleeping bags in. After you pull the actual ghillie out, you'll find that it's wrapped by two black straps. After taking those off, you have to pull the suit apart, which is a bit unnerving, considering it feels like you might just rip the camo off. After that, your ghillie suit should be in THREE pieces, a hood, a body/torso suit, and pants. The suit is comfortable and roomy, and the pants fit almost everyone, considering that they have bungee cord in them to adjust to your waist size. All in all, the suit is pretty good out of the box, but there are a few flaws that might pop up in a game.
The camo is pretty good, I went outside w/ a friend and he only saw me once
You WILL fit in this suit if you are at least an XL
The camo threads are already falling out (It's really not that bad)
The hood that it comes with is awful, I compare it to putting a sack with a face sized hole in it, I recommend getting a shemagh or painting your face
DO NOT SPRINT FULL-ON!!!
I cannot say this enough, if you sprint in this suit, the threading will fall out, and you will weaken your suit.
I do not believe this suit is washing machine-compatible
Despite all the cons, this suit is very good if you intend to stay still and "camp" in one place the whole game. I bought it as a Halloween costume to scare my little cousin, but I do believe I will take it out to a game or two to see how it hold up. Long story short, this ghillie suit is good if you intend to move only a little bit, or as a prop or costume. I enjoy it and I believe you will too. :)
