Just got mine in the mail yesterday. just wanted to cover a few points for others interested.
Cool thing about this belt is it has an adjustable inner belt that comes with it. The not cool part is it's a real pain to adjust. I have a 32" waist and this is designed for someone of a lot larger frame. You can velcro the inner strap to tighten it, but getting everything to look and fit correctly took some time and some elbow grease. When the belt is doubled up, it doesn't want to go back into the battle belt without a fight. After I adjusted it, it fit very comfortably.
I don't see any workmanship defects to speak of, I wasn't expecting the best but this belt would be fine for the weekend warrior. Depending on your loadout, you could run this in place of a vest or PC, but you'll definitely be running lightly since there isn't as much real estate as you might want. I have a triple SMG mag pouch on the left hip, which almost takes up that whole area, and I have a dump pouch in the back.
I would recommend grabbing an H or Y harness, it will keep the belt better in place when moving and most H or Y harnesses offer additional MOLLE along your back. It doesn't look like it matters much which brand of harness you choose, the D ring layout seems to be universal which is a plus.
All in all, I'd recommend it for someone with minimal needs on the field. You won't be able to run more than maybe 2-4 magazine pouches for an AR. I plan on using this for CQB and it looks like it will be perfect.
Classic High Speed Low Drag system
Includes the inner belt (most other brands require a separate riggers belt)
Adjusting can be troublesome for smaller players
MOLLE webs towards the edges of the platform seem slightly smaller than the other webs, little snug to get the pouches set up on.
