Very powerful around 525 fps is what I'm getting out of it
Body is fairly durable
Very accurate thanks to the 6.01 barrel

Product Information:
I have had this airsoft sniper rifle for a few years now and it is still my favorite gun. i was dubbed "Snipes" at my first game and it has stayed with me ever since. it is feared on the fields and the most out-performing spring rifle I know of. If you are looking for a sniper this should be your first pick.

Pros:
Sturdy and Reliable
Has not broken and I do not expect it to
Great feel and an empowering weight
Unmatched
FPS, Accuracy, Range etc..

Cons:
Slightly wobbly front rail attatchment (however, does allow for ease of bipod use)
FPS is so high - far minimum engagement distances at some fields (still easy to reach and leave a mark)
...also recomend using at least .36 gram bbs.

Product Information:
This gun is amazing! It has a full metal frame which creates a realistic look and a nice feel and weight. The rail system is great and sturdy. The 6.01mm barrel makes the gun extremely accurate by reducing the amount of air that is in the barrel. The gun is extremely powerful shooting at 550+ with 0.20g bbs. The bolt action system in this gun is very realistic and hard to pull. For me specifically I like to have the spring hard to pull because it is more realistic. The frame is quite dull, but the design of the trigger system and the G98 style is very accurate and looks really nice. Airsoft GI did a GREAT job upgrading this gun and making it as realistic as possible.

Pros:
Fully metal body and parts
Adjustable cheek pad
Includes sturdy and foldable bipod
Nice length and size
Extremely precise and accurate
Very powerful when shooting 0.20g BBs

Cons:
This gun is a bit heavy to be lugging around, but a sniper should not be moving that much in the first place.
Bipod can loosen easily and screws may fall out.
Hard to pull back bolt

Product Information:
this gun is a good starter sniper rifle. it has a decant range and a good fps, and for the price it is a reasonable deal.
However, when airsoft GI mad this gun they made some fatale errors. since this gun has a fairly large spring in it, the spring will cause heaver wear on the other internals faster. which means that the plastic trigger box, even with upgraded sears, will crack, fracture, and chip closer to when u started using the gun.on top of that is the bucking which will also wear faster due to the fact that it is stock, and the stock hopup and hopup bucking are crap.
SO IF YOU GET THIS GUN u need to replace the trigger box with a metal one (either the pdi zerotriger or the gi metal l96 trigger with upgraded sears), and you should replace the hopup and hop up bucking (i sugjest the pdi hopup chamber, and the hard madbull shark fin bucking).

Pros:
this is a great beginner gun and is good out of the box(unless u get a lemon)

Cons:
-some parts need to be upgraded
-if you plan on completely upgrading a l96 to the max it is cheaper to buy a base model l96

Product Information:
First off, let me say thank you to Airsoft GI for providing some of the best service I have ever encountered in retail. I was constantly updated on every step of my order. My g98 shoots about 550 fps with a .20g bb but I almost always use .36 madbull bbs for sniping. The first day I took my G98 to the field I got 7 kills in one game alone! With a good sighted in scope the G98 can easily out range any other sniper out on the field. The bolt pull is also very easy to pull back and does not hurt your hand after a long day of airsoft like most high fps guns do. Anybody looking to be a great sniper should buy this gun!

Pros:
High quality parts
very accurate
High fps
easy bolt pull
long range

Cons:
you can run low on bbs quickly since you are taking so many enemy's out.

Product Information:
Ok first off: FIRST REVIEW! not important but cool. anyway, this gun uses the UTG MK96 as a base, and it is made of a strudy plastic. Not as good as G&G's, but good. assembly is really easy, and it has a nice rail system, no sharp edges. The bipod is good, no problems so far. Now to performance, because this differs from the MK96. Im currently using .3 gram Madbull BBs sold here at Airsoft GI. Even with this weight, i can still barely see the BB fly. Bolt is suprisingly easy to pull for such a strong spring. The tightbore barrel provides great accuracy, and range is farther than i can see the bb fly. the gun is not too loud, but dry firing is, so make sure you count your shots to not make accidental noise and then attract enemies. I am using a NC Star 3-9x40, not rubberized, and no illuminated crosshairs, and it works well with this gun. as for price, dont be set back by paying an extra 100 dollars from the MK96. the tighbore is 50, plus 40 for a good spring, plus 30-60 for a spring guide, and the sear set is custom made to this gun, to get it yourself would mean measurments plus installation and 100 dollars plus for the sear set itself because its custom and heat treated. thats at minimum getting 220 dollars woth of stuff for only an extra 100 dollars.

Pros:
Price deal
tightbore barrel= great accuracy plus range plus fps
sear set
good bipod
nice rails
good material, bolt assembly and barrel all metal
upgraded spring
upgraded spring guide

Cons:
none!! i definitely recomend. only ive heard from MK96 users the included sling is not too great, seems fine to me, but if you dont want to risk the gun, dont use it.
