This gun is a machine! 345-355 out of the box, which for most indoor fields is the butter zone. Unfortunately the field i play at has a limit of 330, so i'll have to have an m90 spring dropped in to compensate. Anyway, on to the gun. Starting at the back, the unique stock is very comfortable. especially in these winter months having a rubber cheek rest is a godsend so you don't freeze your cheek trying to sight in on an enemy. The lock is great, though i don't use it. The one point sling mount is a nice touch that doesn't come in a lot of guns even though it should be standard by now. The mag wobbled a bit, but with KWA mid caps there isn't really any wobble. Haven't used the mag much so i can't comment on how it performs, but from what i've experienced it feeds well and the rubberized finger grips add a lot to grip. The irons are great, though i didn't expect the rails to be plastic, and so consequentially the front sight is plastic. Make sure you get the G&G special nun chuck battery, this gun DOES NOT accept standard 7.6 bricks unless you remove the pop out flashlight like i did. The flashlight i have not tested, but the laser works. mine came ill adjusted and in fact points too far right so that at about 100ft it is about 2 and a half feet off target. the flash suppressor looks pretty spiffy, but i've read its a really pain to get off if you want to install an after market one. This true for pretty much any stock flash suppressor though.
I honestly did not notice the blow back at all. Compared even to my mossberg .22 this thing doesn't even move when firing.
+Battery compartment in stock
+Stock one point sling mount
+Rubberized mag w/ finger grooves
+Flip up sights
+Built in flashlight / laser
+FPS is swell for cqb, so is length. Not too long to maneuver but still has enough length to tackle longer hallways.
+Safety switch is very solid
+Forward assist actually resets motor
-My stock can not go to the first position. it will not snap in place, instead the locking pin that moves up and down that all telescoping stocks have will just sit in the out position. i have no idea why.
-Mag wobbles a bit. but hey, almost every stock mag does. it really isn't a deal breaker.
-My laser came ill-aligned. kind of stinks, because that was why i bought this model instead of the other version.
-Had to remove flashlight to fit the 7.4 brick i bought. It isn't mentioned in the description so let me say this again:
MAKE SURE to buy G&G's SPECIAL battery that is the ONLY battery to fit in this gun without modifying the gun.
-Said dependency on a battery that is rare to find.
ALL IN ALL, however
I would definitely recommend this gun to anyone looking for a good sportline / mid quality rifle. unique MOE look combined with integrated laser and flashlight. pretty sweet deal!
