Description:
The Echo 1 SPR MK12 Mod 1 Kit replaces the barrel assembly/front set of the M16/M4 family of airsoft guns. This kit is modeled after the Special Purpose Rifle that is in use by the U.S. Navy Seals. The SPR was designed with the desire for a rifle that would have better accuracy than the M4 carbine but would be shorter in overall length than the M16. It comes with one piece steel outer barrel, gas tube, delta ring, RAS, vertical foregrip, and flip-up sights for use with optics.

Installed it on my JG M16A4 with a Hurricane Bushmaster Metal Body.
Installation: Very easy if you got one of those JBU handguard adjustment tool for the barrel lock nut.
Quality: It was ok... some of the threads were poorly milled. When I finished installing mine, the minor problem I have discovered was that my RAS wasn't straight. It was tilting a bit towards the right side... slightyly. Not very noticeable. The barrel is straight, and like the other reviewer said, the barrel is also poorly milled. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheaper alternative.
They should also look at the Madbull conversion kits.
Another complain: Airsoftgi... you guys need to work on shipping. It took about a week and a half for the item to get to me.

Echo 1 offers a line of great affordable products. They continue to impress me with their reliability and prices. I bought this kit to fix the famous barrel wobble problem that every gun has. It is completely solid once installed on the gun. It is a very unique design that proven to fix my problem with ease. I have had it out in the field and the feel of this kit on my gun awesome! I can lay down with a bipod fixed to the bottom rail an there is no play in the barrel. It is also a great weight not to heavy but definatlely noticeable. This is a solid product for a solid price!

I love free floating rails, but this one was hard to put on my gun. I have a G&P metal body, and a lot of the parts on the body weren't compatable with the rail system. Where the delta ring would be for a normal rail system, the part that screws on took forever to get on because the body was too big for the ring. I also found that the only way for the rail to work is to put the gas tube on which took about an hour to line up perfectly from the front flip up sight to the top front of the body because they weren't level with each other. I also have a 509mm barrel like all M16s and my barrel shows through the freakishly long flash hider. After a few hours of wrestling with the rail I got it on and it is not coming off. It is solid and doesn't move. If you are looking for an affordable rail system and don't mind messing with your gun...this rail looks cool and works well.
 
 How compatible is this rail system
I have a kwa sr10, I want to make it into a mk12 and I was wondering if this ris would fit on the body.
