PLEASE NOTE:
Umarex USA, Inc. began with the Umarex Group's acquisition of RUAG Ammotec USA (Dynamit Nobel), North American marketers of the famous RWS brand of premium adult airguns. Later named Umarex USA and combined with the world class products from German based Umarex, the parent company of Walther Firearms, Umarex USA has quickly become one of the premier providers of airguns and airgun accessories to North America.
The Umarex TORQ .177 caliber air rifle is a marriage of advanced airgun technology and ergonomic designs that come together to provide a great shooting experience. The industry leading SilencAir 5 chamber noise reduction system, 2-stage adjustable trigger, rubberized forearm, auto safety, and ambidextrous thumbhole stock make this air rifle an enjoyable gun to shoot. A dark earth brown (DEB) all-weather synthetic stock looks great with the included 4x32 scope on the metal picatinny scope rail. If you are shooting nearby targets, you can rely on the improved accuracy of a rifled barrel and fiber optic sights (rear sight adjustable).

I purchased my Umarex Torq .177 Pellet Break Barrel Rifle Airgun about 6 months ago. And have totally loved every second of it. I will tell you one thing, this is by no means a toy. If shot with this rifle in the right spot it will kill you, make no mistake about that.
Pros:
At 30 ft exactly using dome pellets I've shot clean through a 3/4 in 4 ply wood board and a 3/4 pine wood board. It won't go completely through a full gallon of water. For the first 3 month's it shot like this. It's a beautiful looking rifle and I even was able to attach a flashlight and laser mounted to the scope. By all means don't point this at any law official peace officer, especially when it's completely dressed up with all the bells and whistles..
Cons:
It's a pretty heavy rifle, I don't my M16 in the military was as heavy as this. It's got a weird recoil that takes a little bit of getting used to, as I never had a pellet rifle that had any kind of a recoil. But I guess that's due to the power and speaking of power. If you want a good work out then this gun will hook you up quick, fast and in a hurry. When they say this rifle has a 35 lbs to cock that break barrel, they ain't kidding. After shooting about 30 to 40 shots and cocking this that many times, you've worked up a sweat. After 3 month's it won't go through the 3/4 plywood board nor the 3/4 pine wood board. Even if you clean it the very best you can. But it hasn't lost that 35 lb pull to cock it though. I just wish it had that same power when I took it out the box. Other than the weight and the 35 lb pull, it's a fantastic rifle and would recommend buying this.
