The technicians here at Airsoft GI are some of the best in the world, and that fact sure does come through in the Airsoft GI Custom King Arms SVD Dragunov. The techs here at Airsoft GI had a few things in mind when they created this impressive AEG: range, accuracy, and durability. First and foremost, the techs started with the King Arms SVD Dragunov for its durability and internal compatibility. They then opened up the gearbox and got to work. A CA SR25 torque up gear, which sits on 7mm bushings started off the build to be able to pull nearly any weight spring. Next, a G&G Nano Co-alloy piston was used to ensure that this AEG will have the utmost internal quality to prevent any stripping of parts. A Systema M150 spring was also installed into this AEG to put out an FPS of 500 very consistently which is one of the most important features that you can find in a sniper rifle. To power all of these parts, a Tienly GT-35000 motor was installed to ensure efficiency and a quick trigger response, as well as durability and overall performance. The techs just didn’t stop there though, they also installed a Burst Wizard to lock the gun to shoot semi-auto only meaning that it is ready to be a field legal DMR. Finally, the techs also installed one of Scatterplot’s Sorbo pads to help improve the AOE of the piston as well as protect the gearbox from cracking under the constant pounding of the piston head.
If you think the techs just stopped at the gearbox then you are dead wrong, any high quality DMR needs attention to the front end of the gun as well. First, the techs built the system with a Prometheus inner barrel which is known for being one of the best barrels on the market. Next, they went ahead and installed an R-hop along with a Systema bucking. The R-hop is arguably the best hop up modification on the market today, and makes this SVD Dragunov a true DMR that will out range nearly any gun on your field. Of course it doesn’t matter how well your gun shoots if you can't aim it, and that’s why the techs have also included an AMP SVD scope to ensure that you place your shots on target each and every time.
