The G&G GR4 100Y Plastic Blow Back AEG Airsoft Gun is a very interesting addition to G&G's already impressive lineup of M4 AEG's. It features a polymer body and rail system, keeping it both lightweight and durable, and a folding stock that drastically reduces the overall size of the gun making it perfect for close quarters engagements. What really sets the 100Y apart from G&G's other budget-friendly AEG's is it's innovative outer barrel/RIS/battery storage design. Just in front of the removable front sight is a small latch on the RIS unit. Once this latch has been opened, the entire outer barrel/RIS assembly can be slid off of the front of the gun, allowing the user to tuck the battery inside of the RIS unit. This means no more worrying about a bulky PEQ box or having to rewire the gun to the rear for easy battery placement.
