The ASC7 Supercell Laser Tripwire for BB Trap Device is yet another great way to set off your BB trap and maintain the element of surprise. Unlike traditional tripwire, a laser cannot be seen by the naked eye, this gives you a huge advantage when setting up your trap. Also included in this kit is a remote switch that will allow you to detonate your trap if you feel that someone is in range but may not trip the laser switch.

Laser Trip Wire For The ASC7 Claymore rplica BB Trap.
It Has an advantage with the laser being a designated tripwire. Which means it's a lot less visible,
more likely to get tripped, Cause I do know some guys I used to airsoft with that were really good at finding tripwires. Those were the days when I used to run around with two spring pistols and Tar-nets. I'm a vet getting adjusted to this new era of airsofting and gear. Anyway. Guys like that will have a much, much harder time and the user's advantage is highly increased. This is a perfect advantage for making this trap at least 75% more affective than the standard tripwire. Though we will miss the classic scenario of someone tripping that wire and saying "oh shi-" befor getting blown away. Keep it up guys!!!
Unfortunatley I have to say there are some flaws. Some of is do not have the patience to sit and wait for a perfect oppurtunity to detonate this trap. And I bet the radius may be a concern to some. Maybe making it eligable to detonate from about 30yrds would be an idea to consider or maybe a little further. I've run into situations where I've pictured myself in a more open scenario and little foliage to hide the trap in and that I'd be better off detonating this thing while standing in plain sight. The terrain I have out here in afton-podunk-wyoming is that there is plenty of foliage n' stuff. But it's not lush enough for me to hide in a bush literally in plain sight. Honestly that's the only flaw I can really see. I'm a guy who likes to blend in completely like my enviornment. And the radius in the terrain out here is a big factor. Not much else I can see wrong and this really is not much of a concern with you guys I'm sure. From what I've seen on airsoft GI t.v. and browsing these products. These things will have a seventy foot radius to remote detonate these in no time. Keep up the great development guys, and I'm kind of interested in seeing you guys use some traps in Tac-city. You're CQB is great...really great. I would just like to see some of these traps in action for the hell of it if the regulations will allow it.
