The Madbull Daniel Defense 9" Omega X Rail is an astonishing piece of work. Madbull has worked hard to produce a rail worthy enough for the Daniel Defense Licensing, and it has paid off. The Omega rail is a two piece free float rail system that quickly disassembles for easy cleaning access. The two pieces are screwed together for an extremely sturdy fit. On each side of the rail system, near the upper receiver, are two QD Sling Swivel Divots. This is the most exciting rail system to hit the market in years!

I like it. Nice rail it sits nice against the Madbull Stag receiver. Its thin which is perfect for me because I have small hands. Super easy to install. Even if you don't have an AR gun wrench. It's held together by eight screws four 2mm hex and four flat heads. Easy to put on and off I would recommend lock-tight or something to scure the barrel nut because unlike the RIS II there isn't anything on the hand guard itself to keep it on straight a good push the wrong way can unscrew a loose barrel nut and the whole hand guard.
Pros:
Light weight
Monolithic better than the standard Omega rail which I also have.
QD sling mounts even though I don't have any still good to have.
Simple to assemble and to disassemble.
Cons:
Nothing on the RIS to keep it from twisting (fixable with lock-tight on barrel nut, but not for me because I change my M4 like I change the TV channel so I don't like to use any.)
Did not fit my stock Echo 1 Stag upper but its threads are shot so might not be the RIS's fault.
Upon my first impressions, the finish on the rail was unbelievably amazing. Nice, smooth, matte black finish. It is a very light weight rail system. I bought this rail system for my KWA SR10. The SR-10 originally had a 10'' free float rail system on it, I just wanted something different than a completely stock gun, as well as I wanted a monolithic top rail system. If anyone is wondering if will fit on a KWA, any of the new KWA KM4 series will fit perfectly. I was a bit hesitant about buying the rail system because I had no idea how it exactly locked up and prevent itself from twisting. I can reassure anyone who is looking to get an OMEGA X rail system that it is a very sturdy and robust rail system and will give a unique look to anyone looking to upgrade their basic M4 aeg.
It comes with a barrel nut, 4 set screws that stabilizes the rail, 4 flat head screws that holds the rail together and a short silver peg that you would replace your mock gas rod with. The gas port where your mock gas tube would go is blocked, so you'd hammer in the silver peg they give you. It was a bit tricky to get the silver peg into the upper receiver simply because it was a very tight fit, but once you get it started just hammer the silver peg in as much as you need to, not all the way. The rail clips onto the barrel and surprisingly holds very tightly, at that point I haven't even tighten down on the set screws. You definitely need an armorer's wrench to install this rail system. With the wrench you can apply the torque you need to tighten down on the barrel nut. After that it's pretty much smooth sailing from there to install the rail. I HIGH RECOMMEND any of the Omega X rail systems.
Pros:
Light Weight
Good Matte Black Anodizing Finish
Clean Laser Etched Trademarks
Extremely Easy Installation Process (Took me about 25 minutes)
Well Designed
Very Solid & Robust
No Wobble Whatsoever (Use loctite for set screws or barrel - optional - I didn;t use any)
Integrated Quick Detatch Sling Swivel Points (One on each side towards the rear of the rail)
Top Rail Matches with Upper Receiver
Doesn't Scratch Easy
Cons:
The only con I can really think of, is I wish the washers that come with the rail for screwing in the 4 screws that holds the rail together weren't made of plastic and was designed to sit flush against the rail when you screw the rail together. If you use the plastic washers for the screw it will not sit flush and can prevent you from fitting certain rail covers. I use the Magpul XTM Enhanced rail covers. It's not a huge problem but just thought I'd make note of this for anyone that would be using Magpul XTM rail covers.
In the end, there's really nothing I don't like about the OMEGA X rail system, couldn't ask for a better, unique, and well machined rail system. Definitely money well spent!

Does this rail come with a delta ring?
My Elite Force 4CRL has an entirely different delta ring set up than what my Barrett Rec7 with Omega 9.0 rail does, and is obviously not compatible.
