The Action Army High Speed POM Reinforced Piston is an extra strong polycarbonate piston that features a single metal tooth. The second to last tooth on the piston was not molded in the attempt to reduce the amount of stress put on the gears. A strong poly-carb piston, like the Action Army High Speed POM, is arguably better than an aluminum piston because it is significantly more lightweight, which means that it transfers less energy to the gearbox shell, thus reducing the probability of cracking it. It is the perfect option for your high-speed AEG build.
