i have had this vest for about 2 months and its amazing. im 5' 8" and pretty skinny i wear 30 30 jeans and its fits fine. theres a little room on the sides but no big problem. i have sapi plates i got from evike in it and its stiff, it slides up when i sit down and bending over is a little bit of a problem but its just a little con. the webbing seems sturdy but i havent really tried it out to see how sturdy it is. the mutlicam is beautiful but blue force gear sadly doesnt match, blue forces isnt official multicam (found out the hard way) theres plenty of velcro on the front and back (secret squirrel patch is the same length in height as it so about 2 to 3 inches in height) but length wise you have alot and the velcro is M.O.L.L.E itself also so you can attach a admin pouch up there if you'd like. the quick detachment is a nice feature if you play in hot areas like i do (las vegas) because you never know when you might need to get it off quickly due to dehydration but its not necessar of course. the way you adjust the vest seems more complicated then it is. took me about a min to set it up (of course i knew i would be the smallest size. if you adjust it to the tightes setting it should fit the average male) the cummerbunds velcro is really strong (it takes some force to get it off) the vest is way worth the $165 i payed for it. i would recommend it to anyone going for a realistic look or a paratrooper rescue loadout (pj's)
