The NC Star PVC First Responders Utility Bag is a great multi-function bag that can be used as an everyday tote or a grab bag for unexpected intense scenarios. This bag is a lot of pockets, Velcro, zippers and molle all around it. Attached to the molle on both sides of this bag are a dual M4 magazine pouch and a dual pistol magazine pouch. The padded shoulder strap allows for easy transportation but it can also be tucked out of the way when not in use. The main compartment features mesh pockets and nylon dividers to keep your things organized. On the opening to the main compartment is a shallow, quick access, pocket. On the outside of the main compartment is another, larger, quick access pocket for larger items that would need to be used in a hurry. All of the zippers have pull tabs with large plastic ends to make zipper operation very easy with one hand. This is a great bag for the survivalist that wants to be 100% ready to go at any time.
