[R10A00][17484 / EGC-016-CAR-DNB-NCM / EGC-016-A1-RTB-DST]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
The G&G Full Metal GC16 M4 Carbine AEG Airsoft Gun is essentially a more advanced version of G&G's ever-popular Combat Machine series. The first difference the user will notice when they pick up the GC16 is its full metal body. This gives the gun a surprisingly realistic weight and feel when shouldered. The LE stock, pistol grip, and handguards are all constructed out of high-impact polymer, just as they would be on a real M4A1, and the removable carry handle provides access to a tactical rail segment that is perfect for mounting your favorite optics. To top it all off, the colored fire selector and new GC Combat Machine trademarks make the GC16 very aesthetically pleasing. Overall, if you are looking for a high quality, full metal AEG that is a step up from the lower budget polymer guns, look no further than the G&G Full Metal GC16 M4 Carbine AEG Airsoft Gun. the GC16 DST is a great budget friendly full metal m4! It provides the realistic weight and feel in such a low cost package.

Bought this gun, as an affordable way to get out and play airsoft. Firstly, the gun itself is incredibly solid, there's absolutely no wobble in the main body at all, and the metal, while light, feels incredibly strong. The performance is much the same, great! Mine was shooting a little over 400 when i first got it, but the spring has settled and is lower now. With good quality BB's, and an 11.1v LiPo this thing shoots great!
The only gripe I have is the outer barrel, and overall lack of compatibility with aftermarket parts. The outer barrel is one piece, and can wobble a bit. It also didn't accept any aftermarket rails i was looking to buy. So if you plan on upgrading this gun I suggest changing the outer barrel to something more compatible. The charging handle is also quite annoying and poorly designed, as it's hooked up to a spring and mine stretched really easily/quickly.
Overall, if you're looking for a performer, that puts function over form, this is the gun for you. It will perform, and perform for a long time provided you take care of it. If you're looking for a gun that's more realistic in dimensions and function (i.e bolt catch, dust cover, charging handle...) I would suggest looking at other guns.
Side note: My motor contacts tend to come loose once in a while, and i've been left stranded on the field, as I usually don't carry any tools with my loadout! I'd suggest really tightening those contacts or carrying allen keys in case they come loose.
Pros:
-Lightweight
-Well built body
-Reliable
-Accurate
-Good ROF with 11.1v
-Strong, can take a beating and keep going.
Cons:
-Outer barrel can wobble a bit
-Lack of compatibility with aftermarket parts
-Charging handle
-Motor contacts tend to come loose once in a while
