The A&K Full Metal Magpul Masada Airsoft Gun is a unique and rare AEG, and A&K has made this new model even better! Airsoft GI is proud be one of the lucky retailers to sell this gun. The A&K Masada is officially licensed by Magpul and now boasts licenced Magpul Military Industries trademarks. The upper receiver is constructed of metal and the lower receiver of plastic. The stock extends and folds to the side. The fire selector, magazine release, and bolt release are ambidextrous. The charging handle can be moved to either the left or right side of the gun, and it automatically locks back when pulled. The hand guard is plastic and houses the battery. The barrel is very quickly changeable, with the turn of a lever it can be detached then securely reattached. A&K was gracious enough to provide an aggressive compensator to give the gun a menacing look. Also included is a 300 round high capacity Magpul P-mag, and even a battery and charger. This is an excellent gun for collectors and anyone else looking for an alternative to the MK16.

Got this gun almost two years ago now and really like it but there are some set backs too it.
Nice, solid Fps not too high and not too low
It has nice a nice fore grip
The polymer exterior is strong but light
The high cap mag it comes with is nice looking but does not always feed right
The battery, at first, was a pain in the butt to get in and out especially when trying to avoid the wires
I had to fix some wiring issues with my battery due to the wires getting all moved around

B. OLIVER verified buyer
This is a realy good gun,but it has it's problems. It could use a new motor and the mag release broke during the first game I used it in.Thoughs are the only two areas that didnt excel my expectations the rest are very good and do what they were made to do.
-has a good range
-comes with battery and charger
-comes with a mag
-Fits M4 mags
-motor is loud
-has a bad ROF
-mag release is crap
-battery fits realy tight may break
-delayed trigger response (may be problem with motor not gun)

Bought this a few months ago and I have to say, it's really awesome. If you are like me and didn't have quite enough money to splurge on the MagPul PTS Masada, this gun is just as great for the money. It comes with a metal orange tip if you want to replace the stock plastic one, which I did.
The gun is extremely easy to disassemble and clean, and handles well. I slapped an AFG onto it and it looks sexy as hell. Great buy, great alternative for those who don't have quite enough for the more expensive MagPul version.
The only issue I had with my gun was that the small pin on the magazine release fell out when I used the bolt release and rendered the release inoperable. With an unfolded paperclip, some duct tape, and 2 hours of my time, I managed to get the pin back inside more securely. The pin is as small as a broken piece of pencil lead, so be wary of it.
- Shoots well
- Comes with battery and charger
- Comes with optional metal tip
- Easy disassembly
- Cheaper alternative to MagPul
- Looks and feels awesome
- Battery is an 8.4v 1600mah (at least mine was), not a very high ROF
- Battery is kind of hard to fit into the hand guard, plastic wrap on mine got caught and tore a little bit.
- Small pin may fall out of magazine release if bolt catch isn't handled with care
- Plastic tip is really hard to remove
