The VFC MK16 is the latest and possibly the best replica of the MK16 currently on the market. The VFC MK16 maintains many of the same features and controls as the M4/M16 series, so the transition for users is simple. In addition, the MK16 has many improvements over the M4 and the M16. The lower receiver is constructed from sturdy polymers to reduce weight. The the magazine release and selector switch are ambidextrous, and the bolt release is functional. Not only is the stock retractable it is side folding and has an adjustable cheek rest. Unlike the Classic Army the wires are not exposed when the stock is folded.
The most drastic changes have been made to the upper receiver. The delta ring has been removed bridge the traditional gap between the handguard and the upper receiver. An integrated and uninterrupted rail runs along the top of the receiver giving the user plenty of room to mount optics and night vision equipment. In addition, there is a rail on the underside of the handguard and two removable rails for each side of the handguard that enable the user to mount accessories like a flashlight or vertical grip.
The barrel is convertible from standard length to CQB length depending on the users needs. The MK16 is compatible with after market m4/m16 magazines. This VFC is the best replica MK16 on the market.

ok so i got this gun about a year ago and did a couple games with it, its a great gun i mean it really looks like the real thing the internals are good but i had a giant problem with the battery and broke the fuse and it was a pain to fix but other than the battery not fitting well its the best SCAR out there so you should get it but dont make the mistake i did....also the price is kinda high
-shoots pretty far and accurate.
-the battery compartment in the stock really sucks they should change it

Greaet gun. I just picked it up for the airsoft G.I. store and they chronoed it doin around 380 fps so it was a bit faster then is says in the specs for it. Got a nice rate of fire and its pretty accurate. The only real thing though is that there is like a microscopic amount of space to cram the battery in. I had to work with it for like 10 minutes just to get it in and the stock didnt go in all the way. Other then that though it's a pretty good gun. (Recommend a holographic or acog or something because the iron sights are just so-so.
-Many Parts are ambidextrous
-Can be customized very easy, lots of rail space
-Extendable and folding stock with a ajustable cheek rest
-Battery compartment is extremely small you have to work with it to get the battery in
-Not the tan color i expected but what ever
- The upper reciever has kind of a semi shiny look to it (Does not bother me it might bother others though)

This is most definitely the best Scar made today. It has the same range you'd find in any M4 from CA-KWA. It has great rate of fire, and decent FPS. It comes with exchangeable barrels (field, CQB). The only downfall is the internals are not as good as some you may find in G&G. I had a few problems with it but after they are fixed the gun is a total beast! It is also built really sturdy. You can buy slandered aftermarket M4 Magazines but they dont drop as well as the Scar Mags. It has a chin rest and a 6 position stock. The battery is also pretty hard to get in. But if your looking for a great Scar VFC is the way to go.
6 Position Stock
Internals are just ok
Mag is a little wobbly but no biggie
Hard to get battery in
