The Sig Sauer P226 Spring Pistol Airsoft Gun is constructed primarily from plastic that keeps the weight down but is not as durable as its high end metal counter part. The Sig Sauer P226 Spring Pistol Airsoft Gun is operated by racking the slide which cocks the spring for a single shot. The spring system used in this gun allows it to be very affordable, however it is not skirmishable or realistic. The Sig Sauer P226 Spring Pistol Airsoft Gun has realistic features such as realistic sights, slide cocking serrations, textured grip and magazine release. Despite the realistic features, the Sig Sauer P226 Spring Pistol Airsoft Gun leaves much to be desired in the authenticity department.
Although the Sig Sauer P226 Spring Pistol Airsoft Gun may be adequate for a display piece or prop, there are much better options that are still affordable. A spring shotgun such as the AGM Full Stock Spring Shotgun Airsoft Gun which comes in at only 29.99$ features a much more realistic action as well as a much higher build quality. For 41$ more you can purchase a very reliable and skirmishable shotgun such as the Fire Power Multi-Shot Spring Shotgun
which features a very durable polymer body as well as 3 shot burst to better replicate a shotgun. Although, if you are set on purchasing a SIG P226 type airsoft gun you should save up a purchase a Gas blow back 226. GBB airsoft guns are the most realistic guns you can buy. You can check the GBB 226s out here, High quality Full metal 226s
As previously stated, this gun is not field ready due to its low performance. Although due to its realistic look and features, this gun is a great choice for use in film productions or as a great display piece. Please do not expect to be able to compete with high quality airsoft guns while using this low cost airsoft gun. This gun is not serviceable and does not include a warranty of any kind.
This is surprisingly not a bad pistol. Its cheap but very durable. Its easy to pull the slide back so you can easily shoot, re-cock, and then re-engage a target. This is a great pistol for beginners on a budget. Good for back yard wars and stuff like that. Very fun to use.
Made out of durable materials.
Powerful for close range use.
Easy to pull slide back.
Great for back yard wars with friends.
Iron sights are very useful.
Accurate shots every time.
Its cheap for a reason(meaning its not the best springer out there)
Clip sometimes falls out due to thumb accidentally pressing mag release.
Pretty loud when it shoots.
