Description:
The Airsoft GI Full Metal 1911 Desert Assassin Airsoft Gun is a high performance custom gas blowback pistol. The base gun is the SOCOM Gear 1911 which comes with an HSS Pistol Retention lanyard. Standard features on the gun also include the rubberized grips, three hole trigger, skeleton hammer, railed frame for mounting accessories, and dotted sights for easier aiming. Unique to the Airsoft GI Assassin is the Madbull Barrel kit that extends the inner barrel to twice the length of the stock barrel and tightens the diameter to 6.03mm. The outer barrel has a threaded adaptor for the Gemtech Outback barrel extension that we included to attach to in order to cover the inner barrel. By extending the inner barrel on the already fantastic SOCOM Gear pistol the user will notice a much tighter grouping, especially at further distances, and a very large increase in muzzle velocity. i recived this pistol 2 weeks ago and its been great. if your looking for a hard hitting pistol look no further. this is a very acurate back up gun. the only thing that i dont like is its a single stack mag but since the gun is pre upgraded you souldnt have to use more than 2 shots to take some one down in the right hands. the silencer/extenion is great full metal and has trade marks on it, also the lanyard is great very sturty and will not loose your gun.

I got this aobut a month ago and for starters the shipping was fantastic. I got standard Shipping and my gun arrived in two days. I have used it on all types of terrain and wheather and it works great! the slide is solid and smooth, the trigger has just enough pull, and the weight is just like the real deal. minor flaws were easily fixed or not big enough to matter. the silencer would come loose on the first shot, from both ends. this was easily fixed by using some plummer's tape on the threads. also when i got it the outer barrel of the long barrel was loose and came off. this is fixed by simply putting some flexible adhiseve on it. the slide sometimes (rarely) catches on the hammer, but with a jolt or tap it closes the action- no biggy. get another clip, this is a gas hog (like all WE guns). the tactical lanyard is a little long but only sissys use it anyway so whatever. I love my gun, it performs well and it's consistant, it has great range and accuracy even with the standerd barrel. I recomend it to anyone (in fact i have and he got one too). the paint comes off a little but only makes it look more rugged and deadly.

This is gun is amazing. Couldn't wait to here that doorbell ring. First look right out of the box is jaw-dropping. The look, feel, and weight feel like the real thing. I love the 2 safety features it has. The rear grip safety and the rear slide lock. the rubber grip provides ultimate versatility and handling. The barrel extension kit is really easy to install if you watch the video.

The ONLY dislike I have is that the mock silencer is counter-clockwise threaded and the barrel cap that it screws into is clockwise; therefore, you can never get a tight fit when screwing it on.
