New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.

The G&G FN Herstal F2000 Airsoft Gun is easily the best F2000 replica on the market to date. The G&G F2000 is fully licensed by Cybergun which allowed G&G to copy the F2000 right down to every detail. The G&G F2000 is a bullpup style airsoft gun, meaning that the gun is able to house a 430mm inner barrel in a gun that is only 703mm. Being a bullpup style gun, the magazine is located behind the shooters hand for a minimal footprint. The body of the gun is primarily polymer except for the scope mount, sights and a metal once piece outer barrel. The forward hand placement area features a rubberized grip to maintain a good hold on the gun during wet or muddy operations. The G&G F2000 uses a 8mm high performance gearbox which utilizes all of G&G's high quality parts. The F2000 uses a high torque motor which supplies a extremely quick trigger response and a consistent 16 rounds per second on a 9.6v battery.

Amazingly realistic compared to real steel, which I have handled. Furniture *almost* matches FN's exactly. Just a tad bit different. The gun shoots amazingly well, and is perfect for any CQB matches you may be thinking about! The fact that it houses a full-length M4 barrel inside the body is no less amazing, and because G&G pulled out all the stops on internals with this one, it shoots like a dream right out of the box! Some of you CQB'ers out there might appreciate the step up to a 9.6v battery, which absolutely CRANKS the ROF. It almost becomes unfair for the other team! No problems as of yet, and I have had it for a year. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is frying the hop up, as it is a modified version, so parts are probably going to have to come straight from G&G.

Aside from that, there are only a few cons to bring to attention: Most M4 mags will not fit without some slight modification. The chunk of plastic on top of the plate that houses the feed lip needs to be shaved down a bit for the mag to lock into the magwell. That's fairly minor. The only other complaint is that the rubber butt cap has a nasty tendency to come off at the most inopportune moments, so I wrapped some paracord through the sling mount gaps on both sides and around the back in order to keep it on. Another con is that the only sling that will fit this gun that I have found so far is FNH's, which runs you around $50...

Pros:
Unique
Extremely sturdy
Shoots amazingly well for a stock bullpup
Amazing accuracy
Easy to adjust hopup
Great ergonomics (fully ambidextrous)
Velocity adjust knob (Great idea)

Cons:
Some parts are exclusive to this gun (namely hopup)
Mags need to be modified
Rear butt cap falls off
No attachment point for a single point sling! WTF?!?!?!

Literally bought this gun a few hours ago.
All i got to say is that this gun is one sexy piece of projectile-launching weaponry.

Went into the store with a friend, looked around while waiting to get this gun.
Got the gun, bought a few things and done.

Brought the gun back. I loved it. Friends loved it. Now we got the whole FN Herstal set.

Quick Note: Get the Tactical Rail RIS Kit by G&G for this gun.
The Vertical Foregrip that comes with this gun was easy to take off and adding the RIS was just as easy.
The gun would look amazing and the best part is: 3 more medium long Picantinny Rails!

Pros:
-actual distance from trigger to the back end of the stock is one of the reasons why i love this gun. Unlike the TAR 21, there is still space to holster the gun without stretching much.

-completely ambidextrious
-battery easy to access
-FPS shot around 400 right out of the box
-Rails feel solid (metal of course)

Cons:
Not much of a con, but the light grey locking mechanism that holds in the front assembly befuddled my brain.

Please note: When putting back the front assembly (by sliding of course), simply push back the locking pin and pull the assembly towards the front end.

The grey latch does not really LATCH onto anything and relies on the friction from the front assembly.

If you dont do this, you will be exactly like me who thought a piece was missing.

Product Information:
I have been playing airsoft for around 7 years now and have had experience using and owning guns from all of the major brands. First off i would like to say that G&G is my favorite brand and I was so excited to see that they came out with an F2000. I normally do not write reviews but for this gun I couldn't hold back because this gun is by far the best gun I've owned. This F2000 has all of the features I could ever dream of coming in a stock gun. I have heard a fair amount of people say that they think the gun looks uggly (which I completely disagree with) but even they cant argue against the advantage of being bullpup, having a dual stage trigger, and having adjustable FPS. The beauty of this gun for me is that I play regularly at a field that has indoor and outdoor play and this gun is my one size fits all. with bullpup I am ot sacrificing a longer barrel for the ability to play CQB effectively and with the FPS adjustment I can lower it right below 350 (limit for my fields CQB) and crank it up to 400 for outdoor games by simply removing the butt plate and adjusting the spring guide. One thing I want to point out is that the FPS adjustment is a relatively new thing in airsoft and I must say that I had my doubts on effectiveness but I was surprised with the change that the FPS adjustment can make!

Pros:
-Dual-Stage trigger
-FPS adjustment about 350-400
-Bullpup
-Short solid outer barrel (a pet peeve of mine because of how many wobbly barrels i have had...)
-overall solid build (like Tim said, its a stock with a barrel and magazine!)
-mag release is rather ingenious
-dis-assembly to get to barrel/hop-up is very easy to do if you want to do simple upgrades yourself or pick out those bbs.
-it is very weighted towards the stock making it a dream rifle for swinging around corners in CQB and target acquisition.

Cons:
(may seem like im butchering the gun but I love it, just giving fair warning)
-butt plate somewhat hard to put on, I recommend putting on one whole side and the working on the other half.
-sights and rail so low to stock that with a facemask (or goggles for that matter) you have absolutely no chance getting to the sights (even if you cut away on the mask) even with a high-rise red dot I have trouble getting to scope unless you have glasses. but I know many people don't even necessarily look through the sights but rather over them which is of course very doable.
-only houses small battery. I just happen to have two so that solves my problem of lasting power.
-cant use midcaps unles they are G&G. Just deal with it though because this gun is totally worth it.
-There is actually not much of a mag well so if you take out a mag without the gun being upright enough, bb's will get into the stock and rattle around. Takes a considerable amount of shaking to get bb's out but Ive always been able to get them out.
-It has no great sling attachment points, I had to make a simple paracord rig to be able to use my one point sling.
-especially for its size, it is a pretty darn hefty gun even compared to some of my full size rifles, can tke some getting used to.
