New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.

Classic Army is a leading manufacturer of Airsoft products, setting standards for the entire industry. Classic Army produced the first full metal production M4 and MP5 AEGs. Classic Army built the first glass-filled nylon fiber AEG in their G36. Classic Army was the first to introduce a high-end SCAR AEG. Since inception, Classic Army has been an innovator in design and production of Airsoft guns for the collector and wargamer market, offering a wide selection of products to suit their customers' tastes and needs. Through their years of experience and knowledge, Classic Army has developed their creed of Total Performance

The AUG was made legendary with its revolutionary bull pup design that gave the gun an overall shorter length but a longer barrel. The AUG has been faithfully replicated by Classic Army. Like the true AUG the Classic Army features a unique two stage trigger; when the trigger is pulled half way it fires semi-automatic and when it is pulled all the way back it fires full automatic. The vertical grip that is integrated into the AUG has the ability to fold up or down for the users comfort. In addition the AUG Is equipped with sling swivels for the addition of a sling. Atop the AUG A2 is a weaver rail that will accept a wide range of optics such as a red dot for CQB or a 3X magnification scope for outdoors.

I give this baby a 4 out of 5. This is a fairly decent rifle from CA that hasn't self destructed from stock. CA stock internals usually tend to suck majorly too! So it's quite a breath of fresh air. The body feels ok but no were as good as the JG one. Sadly yes the clone has the better body. I definitely think CA is better with metal then plastic since that's what they are used to. When we got this rifle the barrel had a bunch of gunk in it so as soon as you get your rifle MAKE SURE IT'S CLEAN! It killed FPS ridiculously but as soon as we cleaned it. BOOM accurate and powerful. Go figure? Lighter weight then the JG AUG. I have to say the CA and JG both perform almost exactly the same but the JG is a lot better(Yes once again -gasp- clone is better!?) I would recommend this if you like staying name brand but this is not one of CA's pride and joy's. Get a JG AUG. Better in too many ways.

Pros:
Light Weight Bullpup(Though unbalanced and back heavy so a strap is highly recommended)
Average stock FPS (MAKE SURE IT'S CLEAN!)
Semi-Solid feeling

Cons:
Cheapy feeling body(JG's feels way better)
Not the most accurate of CA's.(Once again JG is better in that department)
Not a realistic weighted rifle but not too much of a con
Tad expensive for a plasticy average powered rifle with a history of bad internals

Overall summary. Get a Civilian JG AUG. $115

I got this baby Christmas 2006, a year and 3 months later there are a few things I'd like to share about this beauty.
First off I got this from Rick's Airsoft Armory. I don't know whether or not it was the factory or Rick's quality inspection that missed this, but when I received the gun, there was a small crack on the stock of the gun on the top, about an inch long, despite the fact the box was in perfect condition. It hasn't affected the performance, it was just a bit disappointing, but I guess it gives it a bit of character, right? Anyway, the reason this gun seemed so attractive to me was the durability. Since I've had
bad luck with starter spring guns, when my friends and I made the switch to high end guns, I wanted something rock solid, which this has made more than satisfied, except for one small thing, the foregrip. During a skirmish I slid into cover, accidentally dragging the front grip on the ground with me, snapping it off at the joint. Funny thing is I like it more than I did before now and is easier to hold, and also kind of reminds me of the MTAR21 from Rainbow Six Vegas. Another problem I had was the magwell, which wouldn't feed properly due to the feed hole was a tad on the small side, a quick shove of a thicker screwdriver tip into it, and some gentle turning widened the hole and I haven't had the gun jam since.
Other than those things, this gun has been an amazing. The rate of fire competes with that of a TM AK47 upgraded with a Systema Turbo Motor. It has incredible accuracy due to a 609mm barrel. Despite what the site says, this gun shoots in the 320-350 fps range. I would advise getting a 9.6v 2000 mAh nunchuck battery, it gives this thing a better rate of fire and incredible battery life, it is just a tight fit in the butt stock where the battery compartment is. Well that's pretty much it, if you have the desire and the choice, buy this gun!

Pros:
-Very durable
-High RoF with 9.6v battery
-Excellent power
-Very accurate
-Can attach pretty much any scope to the rails
-No switches to change it from semi to full auto
-Very lightweight
-Easily disassembled

Cons:
-Some things aren't as durable as others (wobbly foregrip)
-Have to lube it a lot
-Hop up is a bit touchy
-Hard to find cheaper upgrades (extra rails, midcaps, etc.)

Product Information:
The Classic Army AUG A2 is a solidly built gun. The lower bodyIs a near seamless and strong plastic (not sure which type), but the upper receiver, rail, barrel, slings mounts, etc are all metal. That and the gearbox makes the gun rather heavy, but still very playable. It uses a 509mm barrel, which lends it to be very accurate. I've fixed a red dot sight on it and sometimes a scope. Both work great with the gun.

Pros:
accurate, Realistic feel, high quality, very upgradable, multi-position grip, completely ambidextrous, metal, heavy (could be con), high FPS, good range

Cons:
small battery compartment, gearbox is not ready for lipos AT ALL, heavy, hop-up will most likely break on you after extended use
