Description:
The CAW BG-15 Grenade Launcher is Suitable for most AK type guns. The grip is a great style and functional addition to the AK, a gun that typically does not take well to tactical add-ons like vertical grips and lasers or lights. The frame of this launcher and the mounts are metal, the barrel and grip are plastic to save weight. This launcher operates similar to colonial style muskets, the grenade is loaded and discarded from the front of the barrel.

Well i recently got a very good full metal ak, but i'm not sure if i should buy this or not, of course i want to, but i just want to know how it goes on, i don't wanna buy it and have it no going on my ak, i just wanna make sure that it will go on, so if somebody could make a video or find one, send it to my email address at [email protected]
Pros:
Cons:
A pretty straightforward launcher meant to mount on TM standard AK's. I own the Real Sword Type-56 and I have the tools to modify it for mounting on this launcher on a non-standard TM AK.
Pros:
Very comfortable to hold, safety is hard to move so no accidental discharge. Shell's are held in place nicely
Cons:
I bought this for my Real Sword Type-56 and seeing as how the gun is manufactured like the real steel it makes it very difficult to mount. You have to remove the clip for sliding on the barrel seeing as how the pins for the front sight are either inserted when the front post is heat up or it's a REALLY tight fit! I haven't been able to move mine with a punch pin and a 24oz Ball peen hammer. BUT there is a few 3mm set screws that will hold it on but I'm not sure how durable they are, I plan on drilling the holes bigger and using 5 maybe 6mm set screw that go through the front barrel assembly.
@ the guy that wrote the review beneath this one, those aren't pins, they're set screws. They were hard to remove because they were threaded in place. I do agree however that this thing was a royal pain to mount onto my JG AK-74. I had to slightly modify my gun with a hacksaw to make it fit, but it does fit. Once I got it mounted it was very sturdy. Over all its totally worth the buy.
Pros:
Heavy, sturdy construction. Every thing that needs to be metal is metal. (it would be almost too heavy if it were all steel.)
Excellent shell locking and releasing system. Faster to reload than a 203 style.
NOT made in China.
Very sexy.
Cons:
Heavy. This will make your weapon VERY front heavy.
Difficult to mount compared to the rail-mounted launchers.
