The Well D318 M4 Shorty Carbine is a solid step into getting into airsoft. The airsoft gun features a safety, semi and full auto capabilities like most airsoft electric guns. The hop up is adjustable to give the BB the right spin to hit the target in a straight path. Included with the airsoft gun is a 9.6v battery with a trickle charger. Additional features like a rail system for accessories and removable front and rear sights make this airsoft gun a great package. However, the hybrid polymer gearbox is not serviceable. Therefore, the airsoft gun does not include a warranty of any kind.

Very good gun. Hard plastic and lots of ris room. Holds up well and shoots well too.

-needs a new mag
-one piece of the inside fell off when i got it...didnt matter much but still
I ordered this AEG thinking that it would be trash. It overachieved in that for sure. I like to set up a target and spray it down with BB\'s. Always run 0.12 BB\'s with this AEG.

Which is true?
I am confused...There are reviews that are saying that you can not use other mags in this gun but there is also a question with an answer of yes, there can be other mags that work. Which is it? Someone that has confirmed this please answer with a link to a direct mag that works.

the details say that it has 300 fps but is that with 12g or 20g

You should not be using .12g bb's in your airsoft gun. Doing so will result in your warranty being voided as well as indefinitely damaging your airsoft guns. Never use bbs less than .20 g. 2177 days ago 0

I have seen some where the battery goes in the handle or stock or rails or even in a fake scope. I am looking for one where it goes in the handle.
