Great Magazine. Reliable, sturdy, and I have a bunch of them now. Never had any problems.
Pros:
Good seal
No leaks
Sturdy
God gas capacity
Cons:
Capacity, that's it. It's only 30-some rounds, which kind of sucks for airsoft, but the way I play (CQB and SOME outdoor) that's ok.
I now have 7 of these including the one that came with the gun. I don't remember how many I bought from ASGI vs. other places, but it's the same product. I have never had any issues with any of these. I use propane in all of them (my SCAR-L has an NPAS system in it, so NO I don't shoot hot), and have never once had a leak. Each holds a TON of gas, easily enough for one and a half, maybe 2 and a half fills. I don't even really fill them all the way because I usually don't go through them all in CQB. In any case, they're great.
Pros:
Real Capacity
Sturdy
Holds 1.5-2.5 fills of gas
Never leaked
Cons:
The ONLY thing I can think of that might be a con is that they're a little hard to load. It comes with a feeding tube, but that's awkward. Speed-loaders only work if you get a good one and have the right technique for it. I, honestly, end up loading mostly by tube, then the rest by hand. In-combat I've used a speed-loader before but it takes some time. Be prepared to drop some dough on buying mags.
I have six of these and they're great. WE mags have a horrible tendency to leak so what I recommend is that in the order comments, you ask that they test for leaks. They actually do read all of those and I've never had an issue. In store they check for me and it's great. Now with my time with these mags, they have yet to fail me, but I have some advice for when you want to keep them working. ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS keep some gas in them. I don't mean full all the time, but some gas will keep all the seals intact. Also, what I've noticed is that the paint on one of mine is really scratched up because I shoved it as hard as I could back into my mag pouch without looking. Honestly though, with the quality of the metal on these mags, and a little maintenance, these mags work great. Cool down isn't too bad either. It definitely can't compare to KWA's performance, but on full fill, it will last the whole mag in almost any weather. On fully automatic, the gas and performance might be hindered by cool down but I don't know of many situations where you will be dumping entire magazines in cold weather.
Pros:
Full Metal Construction
Reliability (If properly maintained)
Dry Fire option
Durable
Holds plenty of gas
Cons:
Requires maintenance to work
Probably the cheapest gas blow back rifle magazines around
Paint chips
When you're carrying a bunch, it gets really heavy
(I carry six and my vest is now 20 pounds)
Overall, very good product.
