New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.

Description:
The A&K M16 Motorized C-Magazine is a great magazine for those with MP5 support AEGs. There are many feeding options with this magazine. There is a sensor at the top of the magazine to auto detect when the gun is fired so the magazine can wind up to keep up. There is also an auto switch which keeps the magazine motor on constantly. There is also a remote tail switch so the user can determine when to wind the magazine. The battery is rechargeable and there is a charger included.

Specifications: Manufacturer: A&K
Magazine Capacity: 2500 BBs
Package Includes: Magazine, remote switch, charger

Operating Instructions:
First, make sure the battery is charged, charger for 30 minutes maximum.
1. Open the trap door on the top of the magazine where it loads into the gun (just like a high cap).
2. Rotate spring loaded guide, on the right drum, to the opposite side where it comes to rest.
3. Pour BBs into trap door, you may need to shake magazine to get BBs into proper reservoir (be careful not to let spring loaded guide shoot back to its original position without BBs, it could break).
4. Close trap door and select winding mode.
5. Fire away!

The mag is obviously not as good as the $150 dollar predecessors but for the money you can’t go wrong. I have not used it in a real game yet, but I have strung out a few hundred rounds with this thing and all I can say is WOW. Its really something else when you slap one of these suckers into your M4. Its like HHMMMM! Satisfying! Anyway, it’s constructed like you would expect it to be, it’s a bit of a pain to load, and its made out of plastic. These are not even real complaints they are just facts of the matter. All in all, If you want to try out a drum mag and not spend more on it than you did for your gun, purchase this and try it out, it works really well for what I can see. It would be a 5 if it wasn’t for the fact that there are better drum mags on the market. But certainly not for this price.

Having owned a CA M15A4 and TSD M4 Tactical, and having used and reviewed both a TM M16A2, and an Echo-1 M4 over the last six years, I would say that I'm quite well-versed in the AirSoft rendition of the ArmaLite 5.56mm rifle.

I've also used lots and lots of different magazines; some quite good, and some not quite so good.

The UK Arms C-mag is so bad that it doesn't even deserve to be called "not-quite-so-good". In fact, I would go as far as to say it's downright bad.

This is coming from a guy who can compare the Echo-1 M16 to his own SystemA/G&P rebuilt Classic Army gun in a positive light, so please don't think I'm being an elitist jerk when I say that this magazine is a waste of $50 dollars that you could spend on two 300-round hicaps.

The UK Arms C-mag is a slightly cheaper rebadged version of the AIM "S" twin-coil C-magazine also marketed by AirSoft GI. THe magazine's body is comparable to any of the top-shelf guns, but that's where the similarities end.

The pigtail switch has serious connection issues. If you unplug it too many times, the connection point will break away from the magazine inside, and then you're quite out of luck, since this is the only way to wind the magazine. THis is a rather nice problem, compared to, say, the fact that the high-cap loading mechanism used inside could have seen serious improvement if you were to hand out a few dozen to teething third-world babies to gnaw on.

I'm not exaggerating one bit when I say that the magazine's mechanics were assembled half-backwards from shoddy parts, with crooked springs installed in the wrong places, and gears that don't quite grip eachother, a battery container that doesn't have anywhere to go inside, and a highcap mechanism that's glued together, not even screwed together, so you can't take it apart to repair even if you wanted to.

If you have the time and money to spend, you might try adapting this magazine to the internals from another high-capacity magazine, though to be honest, the thing was so poorly assembled that I couldn't even tell you which kid of magazine to use.

Mine didn't even make it through 30 rounds, and the place I bought it from gave me a real hassle in returning it.

If you really must try your luck, PLEASE buy it from here. Not only will the price be better, but AirSoft GI's fantastic customer service will take much better care of you than Evike's staff, when this magazine inevitably fails.

I got this magizine over christmas and used it in about 3 battels it is durable and cleans easily. But this magizine has to be held up in my G&G to load propaly so if you are planing on buying one for a G&G don't unless you want to hold up your magizine. Also this gun does work in my friends Echo1 and feeds fine. But the I am questing if this can keep up the ROF of a upgraded gun so I suggest buying a higher quality mag or just stiking with hi-caps. Overall this is a good purchase if you want to be a support gunner ,on a lower ROF gun, and dont have the money to purchase a SAW.
