The grip itself is made of plastic & rubber, and is really thick and comfortable. You can activate the flashlight two ways: holding the button on the right side once keeps it on (like a pressure switch), and pressing down the button on the back keeps it on.
The light though is very weak and it sucks. If you buy this replace the bulb inside to a brighter one.
