The Lancer Tactical JPC Jumpable Plate Carrier features many of the features seen in many modern high speed low drag plate carrier set ups. In addition to weighting in at under 2 lbs, this plate carrier is covered in MOLLE webbing to serve a variety of different roles depending on the player's needs. The cummerbund system's unique design cools off the user while still providing the webbing space needed for mission critical pouches. Elastic cords keep the cummberbund in place, which allows for versatile fitting. The front of the carrier features integrated pouches with elastic retention cord complete with pull tabs. The shoulder padding is minimalist and allows for comfortable weapon shouldering while also providing hook & loop fasteners for hydration tube . This plate carrier is compatible with most 10x12 SAPI plates.

Integrated mag pouch velcro?
Does the integrated mag pouch have velcro on the inside? So if I have additional mag pouches on the outside they won't bounce around due to the extra space behind where they are mounted.

Condor Cyclone vs Lancer Tactical JPC
I'm looking for something a fast lightweight plate carrier. I really like both of these plate carriers but the skeletonized cummerbund kind of scares me. Which one would you guys choose if money wasn't really being a big problem.
