The LBX Tactical Med Kit Blow Out Pouch enables the user to carry their IFAK or emergency medical supplies. It can attach to either a belt or MOLLE/PALS webbing. The pouch can be identified as containing medical supplies by the subdued medical insignia on it's exterior. The pull cable closure of the pouch enables quick access to its contents.

Licensed replica of a LBT Blow out med kit. This Medkit can attach on your belt ( really where its supposed to go ) or go on MOLLE. I'v had to use it twice and it works just great, there is plenty of room to store your first line of medical supplies, gloves, gauze and tape.
