The King Arms Full Teeth Piston is one of the latest parts available in the series of upgrade parts manufactured by King Arms airsoft. It also has 7 steel teeth that are put through a "NC" process to provide maximum strength. These features put this polycabonate piston in a different class from other pistons.

Product Information:
I was excited to recieve this piston and try it in my gun. It was put in a gun with a rate of fire of 32 rounds a second with fps of about 330 w/ .25's. Construction of the piston is nice and has grooves on the side of the piston to help disipate heat, i removed the second to last tooth as i do with all my pistons. i only got about 800 rounds out of this piston before i had compression hang and it engaged the piston early stripping most of the teeth, rather buy a new piston rather than gears though. I cant blame the piston for this though and it held up well in a gun that is extremely hard on pistons. i would recommend this over the modify polycarb pistons

Just got this today. Thought that this would be a good piston to use with my 11.1v Li-Po since it has 7 metal teeth, I do not have to worry about the front teeth stripping (and easy to Short Stoke for the future). First, it is a little harder to AoE then you are used to. I was careful and did not want to ruin the side walls that are connected to the teeth, so I dremeled out just the teeth. Took a few washers to get optimal AoE.
Put it in my gun along with a new Systema Duracon piston head. Did a test run with the 7.4v lipo, ran fine from what I could tell. Shot in semi cleanly and crisp. Ran to full auto and it was a awesome! About 28-30 rps on a 7.4v and an m100! Decided to put the 11.1v in and see if it could handle it. Semi, terrible. Overshot just slightly enough to mess up the next shot. It literally shot 1.9 times. (Unlike the white polycarb which was light enough to allow 2 shots and a complete cycle). Decided to run it in full auto for a second, BAM. Ripped out 40 rps. Which is good, but all of the metal teeth shattered. Note to next user: SS this before you run with a Li-Po.
