With a blade crafted from S-7, a shock resistant too steel characterized by very high impact toughness, the EX-T01 is a perfect companion for any outdoorsman who needs a reliable, sturdy Tomahawk at their disposal. Tool steel is often characterized with extreme hardness, making it difficult to sharpen but hold an edge extremely well; reducing the frequency that edge care is needed. Chopping wood or other materials is made easy with Hogue's inclusion of G10 handles, a material praised highly by blade makers for its excellent feel, durability and grip. Hogue has also made carrying options highly versatile, with the holes in the back of the blade being compatible with Tek-Loks, which means this tomahawk can be easily mounted and carried on MOLLE gear. With an over all length just over 14", and weighing in at under a pound, the EX-T01 is the perfect size to tag along on your next camping trip, or to be put in an emergency bag - just in case.
