Guarder Enhanced Recoil/Hammer Spring for TM 1911 A1 (150%)

These springs contain more coils than your stock spring set (the slide spring was a good two or so inches longer than my stock KJW spring). I don't recommend installing the hammer spring (the smaller one) unless you know what you're doing. The slide spring is much easier to install. The hammer spring is the more helpful out of the two and makes your hammer much more tense and crisp. The slide spring simply makes your slide return faster. And there seems to be a large myth out there that these will improve your gas efficencey. They will not, I saw no increase nor decrease. I get more or less the same amount of cycles per fill.

I would only recommend this if you are not satisfied with the return of your hammer and/or slide. It simply makes both the hammer and slide more tense and return more quickly with greater force creating a more realistic loading cycle.

Pros:
Slide Spring: Makes slide more crisp and realistic (It does not make the slide have more recoil, it just makes it more crisp and similar to the return strength of a real sidearm). If you are having trouble with the speed of your slide's return, then this is a good replacement for the stock slide spring.

Hammer Spring: Makes the hammer much more tense and crisp than the stock KJW springs I had in my 1911. The hammer does not wobble with this spring installed, so if you are having issues with a wobbly hammer, I'd recommend this to you.

Cons:
From a few sources I was informed stronger slide and/or hammer springs improve your gas efficiency. This was not true in my case and I have the exact same gas efficiency. While this was disappointing, I am very satisfied with the realistic feel these give to my KJW Tactical 1911 GBB.
