The G&P Widow Maker Metal body for M4 is exactly what you need to get pumped up and ready to kill. This unique design features an attractive woman with a bomb where the manufacturer logo normally goes. "Snug", "Smack" and "Blow" where safe, semi and full are normally seen. Product Information:
The first one of these I installed took me hours of blood sweat and tears to get on, but after I figured it all out it was easy. This was the second one I put on a gun (a jing gong) and it went on flawlessly in less than an hour. The bodies are rock solid, and eliminate the barrel wobble and body flex. Just as a note to any first timers who may try this: you may need to file a little off the back of your mechbox behind the spring guide and off the bottom in front of the trigger.
Pros:

has everything necessary to go from a plastic body donor gun to a complete metal
Cons:
takes a bit of skill and tools to install.

Another excellent body from G&P. This product is lightweight and well made, with a good finish and well detailed trademarks. I've installed a CA gearbox in it without any problems.
This body uses the sliding forward body pin for removal of the upper receiver. Slide out the front pin, then slide the top off the bottom.
Most bodies do not require the trigger pin to be installed. Not so for this body, the trigger pin is crucial for correctly stabilizing the gearbox inside. It is roomy enough in there for the gearbox to be installed crookedly, so if you do not install the trigger pin, you may well end up with a gearbox sitting slightly forward and require you to remove the gearbox and seat it properly again.
All in all, a good product that I'm happy with.

Cons:
The trades are as far from realistic as you can get. If you're looking for a seriously realistic metal body, this is not the kit for you.
G&P upper receiver threads are sometimes incompatible with delta rings from companies such as Madbull. ASGI sells a tool that can correct these threads.
I've installed KWA delta rings, CA delta rings and G&G delta rings without a problem.
