I personally love this mag. I've got 5 of the (4 in vest 1 in gun[all high cap]) and I've never had an issue. They don't load the last 10 or so bb's but with 470 who cares? You barely if your good go throw 1 in a game. It takes me 6-7 games before i have to refill all my mags anyway. I recommend this mag over the tokyo maru's mag and the classic army. Both don't feed and break a lot easier. My friend has those two and they both broke in less than a week and he had to convert over to echo1 mags. I've dropped these on concrete, tree trunks, ground from 10 feet up (I hide in trees :D), stepped on them and dropped the water and they haven't broken yet. I've only had a few issues with miss feeding. If u keep them fed all the time it wont miss fire but if u wait to wind until its empty then it starts to miss feed, just stay on semi and it solves this issue.
Pros:
- high cap
- can attach to other mk/G mags.
- VERY durable
Cons:
- last 10 or so don't load (doesn't matter with a high cap but a pain when your cleaning your gun and emptying mags after games)
- occasional miss feed but semi solves this issue.
This High Cap magazine does what it's supposed to. Provide you with 470 rds. for extensive play. This mag is made of good ABS plastic. Feels pretty strong and does not have any creaks or feeding issues. However, I have had two experiences where the mag double fed, but I believe it was because I over wound the the wheel. But for $20, it's a pretty good buy.
Pros:
-Feeds pretty good
-Feels sturdy/strong
-Hasn't broken down after 10+ skirmishes
Cons:
-Made of just ABS plastic, won't last as long as metal magazines. But since all G36 mags are plastic, thats fine with me.
Good magazine for the price. It's durable enough to withstand light beating but because it's plastic, even if it's ABS plastic, I recommend that you don't go around bashing it on every solid object you see because it'll probably crack at the least.
Read my pros and cons for more detail. It's certainly not perfect but how can you go wrong with a $20 mag?
Pros:
-Light
-Snug (fits well into my Echo 1 G36K, would be ironic if it didn't lol)
-Feeds reliably
-Clips to other magazines (some are a bit loose but can be fixed with tape)
-High Capacity, I always outshoot my buddies with M4's and MP5's, also less frequent reloading
-Easy to use
-Strong ABS plastic
-One wind gives about 200-300 rounds, then you have to continually wind it
Cons:
-Can't see how many bb's are left, I have to take it out and tap it on a tree or something or rattle it and guess, but not a big con if you use semi auto or short bursts
-You lose 5 bb's every time you pull it out of the gun
-Pain to wind fully (Takes about 30-45 seconds)
-High caps rattle but not a big con especially in the field where there are always 2-4 guns going off at the same time, people yelling, branches snapping, etc
That's about it. It's a great magazine and it does its job very well.
