(Discontinued) TSD G2 Goggles
[02696 / TSDG3110]The TSD G2 Goggles are a quality product for an excellent price. The lenses are polycarbonate shatter proof and feature UV Protection. The lenses are ANSI Z87 & CSA Compliant; to give you an idea just how strong they are we fired a Systema PTW equipped with a red cylinder at point blank range at the sample goggle. After about 15 shots at the same spot the lens was slightly dented but still un-cracked. For added comfort there are soft eye pads and air vents around each lens. The adjustable nylon head strap is comfortable on all sizes. Unlike the G3, the G2 has a folding polycarbonate frame for a compact carry

Everbody complained about how these goggles fog up, and I'm sure they do out of the box. But I borrowed a pear from a friend and he had taken an eighth inch drill bit and drilled little holes around the frame and they worked fine for me. Didn't fog up once. Only thing I didn't like about them was that the padding or whatever that's there for "comfort" can get kinda hot.
Pros:
Cheap.
Durable.
Work great once you put in some extra holes for ventilation.
They stay on your face.
Cons:
Fog up really bad with customization
I've had these goggles for three weeks now. I bought them knowing they would fog up pretty quick but i didn't want to pay to much for a face mask or really expensive goggles. When i first used them I was surprised because i was running and gunning in the RAIN and I got a good 20 minutes out of them before they fogged up and i had to stop and de-fog them. They also make you look like you don't know what you are doing, so people can underestimate your awesome skills, that is if you have any.
Pros:
Cheap
BBs don't go through them (I tried it)
Pretty comfortable
foldable
Adjust to any size
Cons:
Eventually fog up.
Make you look weird (could be a Pro)
RAEL SAYS NO. NO No no no no. Go find yourself some real eye protection; this isn't it.
I used these for my first game, years ago and, not only did they fog within minutes, but the lenses were so poorly held in place that wiping the fog off knocked them out of their rubber frames. Thank the gods I wasn't shot in the eye!!
Seriously....your eyes need to last you a lifetime; don't skimp on protecting them. Airsoft GI offers some decent protection for a few bucks more; buy that instead.
Pros:
NONE.
Cons:
Fogs.
Lens pops out with minimum provocation.
Looks dorky.
Seems cheap...until you get the hospital bill.
