Works well with other OE TECH Molle gear. But look for a pouch made of sturdier stuff if you want to carry larger/heavier grenades during vigorous skirmishing.
Pros:
Looks good, holds various sized grenades.
Cons:
The elastic at the bottom has potential to stretch and let your grenade fall out the bottom. I learned this the hard way when I lost a Madbull XM204HP King grenade while running through the woods.

When I first bought my Maruzen Type L96, I was struggling to find a mag pouch for the magazines. I ordered some these on a hunch and they work perfectly with the L96 mags. The construction is very solid and after almost a full year of use they show little to no wear and tear. At first I was worried about the elastic stretching out and letting a magazine slip out the bottom, but so far it has maintained its integrity very well. This mag pouch also does it's intended job of holding 40mm grenades very well. This is a great buy for any loadout using grenades or a Maruzen L96 rifle.

I'd assume they'd be close to fitting, according to staff, Thunder B's may be too thick to fit. However, the product at this link (Which is made for Flash Grenades), is the same dimensions, only it's a single pouch and not a double pouch.
