Description:
CRKT hopes to ignite your passion for high-tech folders with this new knife series; appropriately name the Ignitor. It raises the bar for all value-priced folders, by using premium blade steel, layered G10 scales, and patented features including assisted opening, a unique knife safety and truly innovative design.

It's modified drop point design with a high hollow grind is made from premium 8Cr14MoV stainless steel. The frame uses a rigid InterFrame build with stainless steel liners, one locking side, and layered G10 scales. Texture CNC machined to aid in grip. The deep finger choil and pommel fit the hand nicely, and the flat cross section makes it comfortable to carry in your pocket all day long.

The true breakthrough in blade innovation is CRKT's OutBurst assisted opening system. When closed, the blade is safely locked by the Fire Safe pin. It cannot be opened until the safety button on the end of the thumb stuff is firmly depressed and the thumb stud is pushed outward. The blade is equipped with a spring that shoots open the moment you pass 30 degrees. While it is designed for operation in the right hand, it is the best integration of folder safety and fast access ever seen in a sport and work folder.

The Ignitor T has a titanium nitride coated, combination serrated/plain edged blade and frame with black G10 scales. It's a contemporary and sophisticated look that excludes custom-knife quality.
