dean's connectors....well they are what they say and work well had to solder them to wire but worth it
Pros:
they are a much more solid connection then tamiea connectors and very solid
Cons:
they are hard to pull apart...make sure to get a secure connection with solder...also a bit of oil helps make them easier to manage
