Airsoft GI CRUSADER Version 2 AEG Airsoft Rifle (Custom)
[09387]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
We have taken the popular Airsoft GI CRUSADER airsoft gun and made it even better! The Airsoft GI CRUSADER Ver.2 is based on a special Combat Machine M4 Blowback with a crane stock that's wired to the back. The brilliant techs at Airsoft GI have fitted this fine gun with a 10.5" one piece barrel and a 7" free float Rail Interface System. We've worked out a special program with Combat Machine to build us a special pneumatic blowback M4 with a crane stock, sling mount, and the wires to the back, so we can eliminate the need for a PEQ box and keep a clean look. The Combat Machine was carefully chosen for their high quality, reliability and incredible value. We've dropped the G4 straight onto the ground from 8ft and 9ft with no visible damage to the body, this is the strongest plastic receiver on the market. Additionally, with the innovation and imagination from the Airsoft GI technical team we are building some of the highest quality guns that money can buy.

Great can take lots of beatings. Rail is wonderful and perfect for this gun. It doesn't come with a battery but the battery to buy is the nunchuck that works the best. The worst thing is it doesn't come with iron sights so when you get the gun also buy sights for it or else you will be stuck with nothing for a while. I do like the grip and the polymer it makes it much lighter. Another good gun on GI like this is the Blazing Hog which my friend has but I prefer this one much more. Overall great, strong, accurately, and reliable gun. I would definitely recommend this gun.
Pros:
Great rails
Can take a beating
Polymer
Grip
Custom gun
Cons:
No battery
No sights (not even the iron sights)
That's all
this is a great overall gun with great accuracy, range and rof basically everything you could ask for for a gun this price however get a sight!
Pros:
great rof
accurate
decent range
free float barrel is amazing
blowback
crane stock
Cons:
no sight
nothing much to say great gun for the price
I have had this gun for a year and a 1/2. This gun was great it has great range, great Accuracy, and a ok rof
Pros:
Durable, light for a AEG, Great accuracy , ok rof, and great range
Cons:
I can't think of any cons

Staff Answer:
No, the PolarStar batteries are not compatible. This gun has a Crane Stock/Polymer Handguard capable of accepting a Nunchuck style battery. As long as the gun is equipped with Small Type Tamiya Connectors, we would recommend:

Tenergy 9.6v 1600mAh NiMH Crane Stock Battery [Link]
D Power Universal Smart Charger [Link]
3310 days ago 0

What would I have to downgrade to be able to get this gun under cqb regulations.
I was comparing this to the cqb battle custom gun. I am hesitant to purchase this since I would have to downgrade it to shoot softer.
